Accenture UK & Ireland invites applications for the Total Rewards Senior Manager role focused on shaping the global V&A rewards strategy and supporting acquisition and outsourcing deals.

Location: London, United Kingdom

Overview: The Senior Manager leads a cross‑functional team that designs, builds, and communicates rewards policies, processes, and programs for global acquisitions and outsourcing work. This role drives analytics and solutioning, collaborates with key function leads across rewards, and manages the transition of acquired individuals into standard rewards programs. The position requires strong leadership, global influence, and the ability to influence and drive results in a matrixed environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the continuous improvement of the V&A rewards database and provide stakeholder education on acquisition processes.
  • Design and harmonize Total Rewards structures for non‑standard rewards models brought into Accenture.
  • Develop and deliver educational materials on Base Pay, Bonus, Equity, Performance, Retention Programs, and Governance.
  • Drive solutioning with the V&A Team during due diligence and closed stages, maximizing integration opportunities for acquired individuals.
  • Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders across Career Architecture, HRBPs, Talent Strategy, and the broader V&A team.
  • Direct the adoption and execution of global base pay and bonus programs aligned with business objectives for acquisitions and outsourcing deals.
  • Lead process optimization initiatives using technology, automation, and analytics to enhance compensation operations.
  • Independently resolve compensation issues and recommend pay solutions.
  • Engage directly with senior leadership from acquired organizations, providing expert guidance on rewards integration.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Postgraduate/Graduate degree (HR designation/certification desirable).
  • Significant direct experience in Total Rewards/Compensation, global V&A, and project management.
  • Proven experience in M&A and cross‑cultural teams.
  • Advanced analytical, project management, and communication skills; proficiency in English (other languages a plus).
  • Experience with Workday, V&A/M&A, Market Intelligence Platforms, and real‑time data sources preferred.
  • Advanced skills in Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, and data analytics.
  • Experience in process and rewards program design and acquisition management at an advanced level.

Benefits
