Location: Fully remote within the UK, Spain, or Portugal

Our client is a niche tour operator specializing in bespoke expedition cruises within the polar regions. They offer small ship expeditions and private journeys aimed at explorers.

Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Content Marketing and Copywriter to join their team.

Role Overview: The Travel Content Marketing Copywriter will manage web content and create engaging material for the website, email campaigns, brochures, and travel guides.

Requirements:

  • Previous copywriting experience with luxury products in a commercial environment is essential.
  • Proven ability to craft clear, engaging, and persuasive content for various audiences and platforms.
  • Strong visual awareness and good eye for design and layout.
  • Meticulous proofreading and editing skills to ensure error-free content.
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices and experience in content optimization for search engines.

Responsibilities:

  1. Improve and refine existing website content to align with brand voice and visitor engagement.
  2. Create compelling editorial content for blogs, newsletters, and email marketing campaigns.
  3. Write clear, persuasive copy for products, emails, brochures, travel guides, and joining instructions for both B2C and B2B audiences.
  4. Develop and execute newsletters and email campaigns, including graphic creation.
  5. Proofread various content types, including expedition journals, ensuring accuracy and consistency.

Salary and Benefits:

  • Salary from 30,000 to 32,000 depending on experience.
  • Open to freelancers on a 6-month contract.
