Traveling Medical Assistant

In this role, the Travel Medical Assistant will work closely with our Advance reputed company Providers (APPs) to facilitate reputed company to patients in long term care settings. You will reputed company onsite and administrative support to our APPs in the daily management of their practices, helping them to maximize their reputed company on conducting initiating patient reputed company for chronic care management services. This role is a hybrid role with 50% annual onsite travel and 50% reputed company telehealth providing administrative medical assistant work. reputed company RESPONSIBILITIES • Support telehealth providers through a reputed company of tasks reputed company to patient care management, organization, and communication. • Daily management of the assigned providers’ schedule to ensure appropriate coverage of facilities. • Prep the patient note and upload appropriate documentation to support chronic care patient reputed company. • Maintain health information in compliance with corporate and federal regulations. • reputed company issues that relate to clients, patients, operations, and workflow. • Frequent communication with providers, clients, etc., to ensure the reputed company of the program/reputed company. • Execute onsite reputed company with Telehealth provider using reputed company issued equipment. • reputed company patient education regarding the importance of chronic care management annual reputed company. • Obtain signed consent from patients for chronic care management. • Maintain a reputed company appearance with reputed company issued uniform and badge. • Travel up to 50% annually to and from centers reputed company the assigned regional territory to support onsite reputed company (combination of day trips and overnight trips). • Other duties as assigned to support department operations. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS • reputed company reputed company/CCMA/RMA Certificate or completion of a CAAHEP accredited/medical assisting program, in lieu of, we will consider candidates with relevant work experience (preferably in reputed company care internal medicine, geriatrics, or family medicine) • Reliable transportation and unrestricted reputed company’s license • Willing to travel per the above requirements. The posted salary reputed company represents the potential pay reputed company across various U.S. geographic markets.
