TUI River Cruises designed as boutique 'floating hotels' with a maximum of 155-190 guests, offering an intimate and relaxed atmosphere with a focus on immersive destination experiences. TUI Aria - adult only, modern & beautiful river ship, the largest in European fleet. Senior Waiter is responsible for the workflow in the assigned service area and the related administrative work, in close cooperation with the supervisors. While performing their role in the restaurant venues, He/She will be engaged in providing courteous and professional service to guests. The duties described below are performed either personally or through subordinates. To have professional knowledge of food and beverage preparation, service standards, guest relations and etiquette, and to have knowledge of appropriate table layout, service utensils and menu items. Provide attentive and individualized service to meet the immediate satisfaction of guest requests. Set up, clean, and serve tables promptly after use to ensure that guests can be seated on time. Clean, organize and maintain the designated service station and prepare a mise en place to ensure that the station is ready when needed. Fulfil side duties such loading, luggage service, embarkation duties. Complete knowledge of all menus presented to guests to answer guests' questions about ingredients. Responsible for the cleanliness, maintenance and upkeep of all equipment and ship property used to complete assigned tasks. Prevent breakage and loss of all equipment and use only authorized chemicals in an approved manner. Participate in tasting food and beverages and attend all scheduled training and menu briefings, ETC. Requirements: Minimum 21 years old Minimum 3 Years job experience as Head Waiter in luxury restaurants/hotels or resorts.
