UK Immigration and Sponsorship Specialist | High Wycombe (United Kingdom)Join the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints as a UK Immigration and Sponsorship Specialist. This full‐time, permanent position supports the organization\'s sponsor licence and ensures compliance with the UK Home Office Points‐Based Immigration System.

Responsibilities

Coordinate end‐to‐end visa and sponsorship processes for international staff and missionaries, including Certificates of Sponsorship issuance, visa documentation and onboarding.

Perform Right to Work checks, assign and manage CoS via the Home Office Sponsorship Management System, and maintain accurate records.

Act as the Church\'s official representative (Level 1 User) before the Home Office, reporting changes to sponsored workers, monitoring visa expiry and right‐to‐work status.

Prepare for UKVI compliance visits, internal audits and respond to information requests.

Serve as the primary point of contact for all visa‐related queries from employees, hiring managers and ecclesiastical leaders.

Work closely with HR, OGC, and mission departments on complex immigration cases.

Keep up with changes in UK immigration law, recommend and implement process improvements, and contribute to internal training.

Qualifications

Commitment to the mission and values of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter‐day Saints.

Ready to live or relocate within an hour\'s commute of the High Wycombe Area Office.

Minimum eight years of combined university education and experience in HR, legal, business administration or a related field.

Deep understanding of UKVI sponsor requirements and immigration rules.

Strong attention to detail, organizational and communication skills.

Proficiency in HR systems, Excel and document management tools.

Discreet handling of sensitive personal data and capability to work independently under tight deadlines.
