King Stage is recruiting for the AMOS B1 London seminar taking place from 19 to 23 October 2026. The group consists of 33 bachelor students and includes students under the age of 18. The successful candidate will accompany the students on planned educational, cultural and sports-related visits across London.

The role focuses on safe travel, punctuality, headcounts and student welfare throughout each visit.
Main responsibilities
· Meet the group at the agreed location and remain with the students throughout each assignment.
· Accompany students safely on London public transport and between venues.
· Complete regular headcounts and keep the group together.
· Ensure the group arrives at each venue and meeting point on time.
· Support the group leader with student supervision and behaviour.
· Communicate with venues and activity providers when required.
· Respond to welfare concerns and follow King Stage’s safeguarding procedures.
· Report incidents, delays or concerns promptly to the group leader.
Essential requirements
· Experience supervising students, young people or large groups.
· Good knowledge of London and its public-transport network.
· Confidence supporting a group of approximately 33 students.
· Strong communication, organisation and time-management skills.
· A reliable and punctual approach, with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
· The right to work in the UK and the ability to provide suitable references.
· An Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service is preferred; otherwise, the successful candidate must complete the appropriate checks before the assignment.
· First-aid training is desirable. No driving is required.
