We have an exciting opportunity for a Designer to join our world-leading agency, either fully remote within the UK or at one of our London or Manchester offices.

We’re looking for an experienced and passionate designer with proven experience working with eCommerce brands to join one of our multi-disciplinary UX teams.

What you’ll be doing

  • Collaborating as part of a multi-disciplinary UX team (analytics, research, strategy, design, development)
  • Participating in and leading client-facing design sprints and workshops
  • Deliver UX/UI design requirements from both your own and your teams insights
  • Asking inquisitive questions of clients, user researchers and analysts to uncover key insights that will influence your work and decision making
  • Creating user flows, wireframes, hi-fidelity designs and prototypes that solve key business and user problems
  • Presenting your work to internal and client stakeholders, clearly articulating your rationale
  • Ideate and design A/B tests from your findings
  • Effectively handing off your work to developers, and collaborating throughout the development process
  • Working with some of the UK’s leading and challenger brands, like Specsavers, ProCook, Neom Organics and Wild Nutrition
  • Working with clients to research user problems, and design solutions to be tested.
  • Maintain close relationships with global design & research teams, who have specialisms in many different research methods, so you can quickly upskill and try new things.

Who you are

  • An experienced eCommerce designer, either agency or in-house
  • An inquisitive and proactive UX design thinker, adept at solving problems… at an efficient pace
  • An expert visual designer, with an innate eye for aesthetics, typography and colour
  • A confident presenter, excited at the opportunity to get feedback from internal and client stakeholders
  • Someone who has experience with user testing/research methods to gather user problems
