<p>We are seeking a skilled and experienced Vehicle Technician to join our main dealer team in Harlow due to a recent retirement</p> <p>As a Vehicle Technician, you will be responsible for performing a variety of duties related to the repair, maintenance and servicing of vehicles of all makes and models. This is a hands-on role that requires mechanical knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to work with power tools and diagnostic equipment.</p> <p><strong>You will need your own tools and a full driving licence. Level 3 or above at imi / nvq or similar certification.</strong></p> <p><strong>You must also hold a right to work in the relevant sector as we do not offer a work sponsorship for this role</strong></p> <p>Duties of a Vehicle Technician<br> - Perform vehicle repairs and maintenance tasks according to established guidelines<br> - Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues using appropriate tools and equipment<br> - Inspect vehicles for damage or defects and recommend necessary repairs<br> - Maintain accurate records of all work performed on vehicles<br> - Collaborate with other technicians and team members to ensure efficient workflow<br> - Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns</p> <p>Skills:<br> - Proficient in using power tools and hand tools for vehicle repairs<br> - Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of vehicle systems<br> - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail</p> <p>This is a full-time position Monday- Friday 08.30 - 17.30 and Saturday mornings on a team rota 1 in 3.
