About the job:

Key Responsibilities:

1. Edit long-form and short-form video content for B2B SaaS clients & social media use-cases.
2. Craft clean, cohesive narratives that reflect the voice and goals of Marcstrat and our clients.
3. Add dynamic transitions, lower-thirds, text overlays, and simple animations to enhance viewer engagement.
4. Clean up audio, mix levels, and sync sound to ensure professional quality output.
5. Transform long-form text and video content (e.g., webinars or interviews) into shorter clips, reels, and social snippets.
6. Organize video assets, manage revisions, and export content in platform-specific formats.
7. Work with content strategists and designers to bring ideas to life and iterate based on feedback.

Other Requirements:

  1. 1. Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or CapCut.
  2. 2. Basic motion design using After Effects, Canva animation, or similar tools (preferred).
  3. 3. Understanding of video formats, compression, and delivery standards for web and social platforms.
  4. 4. Ability to meet deadlines, take direction, and work independently.
  5. 5. Knowledge of video storytelling, pacing, transitions, and B-roll integration.
  6. 6. Bonus: Experience with B2B, SEO, thumbnail design, or editing.
