Videographer (Part Time, 3 Days a Week)

Centauri is a Birmingham creative agency producing short form and long form video content for small and medium businesses across Birmingham and the UK.

The role

We are looking for a skilled videographer to join the team three days a week, usually Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, with some flexibility on days. You will film, light and edit content for our clients, from fast paced short form social videos to longer form brand pieces.

What you will do

  • Plan, light and film shoots on location across Birmingham
  • Edit short form content for TikTok, Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts
  • Edit long form videos for YouTube and client campaigns
  • Work with the team on ideas, hooks and shot lists
  • Keep footage organised and deliver on time

What we are looking for

  • Strong videography skills with a great eye for framing and movement
  • Proven experience in short form content, long form content and lighting
  • Proficient in Premiere Pro and CapCut (other editing software a bonus)
  • Your own camera, lighting and audio equipment
  • A portfolio of recent work
  • Reliable, punctual and able to work to deadlines

Hours and pay

  • Part time, 3 days a week, 8 hours a day (24 hours a week)
  • Usually Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, days can vary
  • £12.71 per hour
  • Based in Birmingham (B6), travelling to client locations

Pay: £12.71 per hour

Expected hours: 24.0 per week

Work Location: In person
