Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organised and efficient Virtual Administrative Assistant to join our team working remotely. This role involves providing essential administrative support to ensure smooth business operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong computer skills, excellent organisational abilities, and experience with various office software.

This position offers the flexibility of working from home while contributing to a professional and dynamic environment. All roles are paid, including internship positions, and require a proactive approach to managing daily tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Managing and maintaining schedules, appointments, and calendars with precision.
  • Handling correspondence via email, phone, and other communication channels with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Data entry and management using programmes such as Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and QuickBooks.
  • Organising files, documents, and records in digital formats for easy retrieval.
  • Assisting with invoicing, billing, and basic bookkeeping tasks.
  • Preparing reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
  • Providing excellent phone etiquette when liaising with clients or team members.
  • Supporting various administrative projects to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Ensuring all tasks are completed accurately within designated deadlines.
Experience
  • Proven office experience or administrative background is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
  • Familiarity with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is advantageous.
  • Strong typing skills with high accuracy for data entry tasks.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise multiple responsibilities effectively.
  • Good communication skills both written and verbal, demonstrating professional phone etiquette.
  • Experience in clerical work or administrative support roles is desirable but not essential if willing to learn.
