Work Hours: 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM AEST
Engagement Type: Part-Time/20hrs per week (This role has a potential of commencing to full-time opportunity)

Overview
We are looking for a proactive, highly organised, and creative Virtual Assistant to support our
client’s growing business across sales, marketing, content creation, and client engagement
initiatives.

The ideal candidate is someone who is tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and confident in
managing outreach, scheduling appointments, creating engaging content, and supporting
lead generation activities. This role requires strong communication skills, initiative, and the
ability to work independently in a fast-paced remote environment.

Primary Focus
  • Lead generation and outreach
  • Sending emails/messages to prospects
  • Scheduling appointments and meetings
  • Supporting sales and marketing activities to drive business growth

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Lead Generation
  • Conduct outbound outreach via email, LinkedIn, and messaging platforms
  • Generate and qualify leads for the business
  • Schedule appointments and discovery calls with prospects
  • Manage follow-ups and maintain lead pipelines
  • Assist with inbound and outbound sales communication
  • Support email marketing campaigns and nurturing sequences

Social Media Management
  • Create, schedule, and manage social media posts
  • Maintain consistent engagement across platforms
  • Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries professionally
  • Monitor social media engagement and campaign performance
  • Support content planning and execution strategies

Graphic Design & Content Creation
  • Design social media graphics and marketing assets
  • Create and manage visual brand materials

Administrative & CRM Support
  • Update CRM systems and maintain accurate records
  • Organize workflows and task tracking through Notion or similar tools
  • Coordinate calendars, meetings, and reminders
  • Support ongoing sales and marketing initiatives


Must-Have Requirements
  • Proven experience as a virtual assistant in sales or marketing support roles
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
  • Experience working with Go High Level (GHL) or any CRM tools
  • Experience with Notion or similar collaboration tool.
  • Worked with Canva or similar design tools
  • Well experienced with LinkedIn + Sales Navigator
  • Worked with AI tools for copywriting and content creation
  • Experience with lead generation and appointment setting
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and content scheduling
  • Basic graphic design and content creation skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines remotely
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills
  • Stable internet connection and professional remote work setup

Good-to-Have Requirements
  • Video editing and short-form content creation experience with CapCut or similar video editing tools
  • Experience with ManyChat
  • Experience working with startups or remote international teams
  • Knowledge of sales funnels and digital marketing strategies
  • Experience with email automation and chatbot platforms
  • Understanding of branding and visual storytelling
  • Experience using AI tools for marketing and productivity
  • Basic knowledge of analytics and reporting tools
