Virtual Occupational Therapist (OT)

Tutor Me Education is reshaping how students learn, and we're looking for licensed, experienced Occupational Therapists (OTs) to provide 1:1 and small group virtual therapy and developmental instruction to students across the country.

If you are passionate about helping students overcome physical, sensory, cognitive, or motor challenges, achieve their IEP milestones, and build foundational independence—all while enjoying the flexibility to build a schedule around your life—we'd love to hear from you.

What you'll do:

  • Deliver engaging, individualized virtual occupational therapy tailored to each student's functional goals, developmental delays, and unique learning profile
  • Create structured intervention plans that align with student IEP goals, targeting areas such as fine motor skills, visual-motor integration, handwriting, sensory processing, and activities of daily living (ADLs)
  • Adapt instruction and therapeutic exercises in real time based on student engagement, motor performance, and home environment constraints, creatively using household items or digital platforms to keep sessions interactive and effective
  • Track student data and communicate effectively with families, IEP teams, and school district partners to ensure regulatory compliance and transparent progress reporting
Why tutors love working with us:
  • Fully remote — tutor from home on your own computer
  • You set your schedule — choose your availability and update it anytime
  • You set your hourly rate — and negotiate per job based on the scope of work
  • Steady opportunities — with hundreds of new students signing up daily, we match jobs to your email based on the subjects and student populations you're best suited for
