Salary: £24,980.00
Location: The Warehouse, Genesis House, Unit 2, Lubeck Road, North Lynn Industrial Estate, King’s Lynn, PE30 2JE
Hours of work: 37.5 hours over 5 days per week (Monday to Friday 08:00-16:00)
Annual Leave: 25 days increasing to 27 after 5 years’ service and 29 after 9 years’ service + 8 days in lieu of public holidays (FTE)

Job Summary
The Warehouse Assistant & Relief Driver plays a vital role in supporting Tapping House’s mission by supporting daily warehouse operations and donor collections. This position requires a physically active individual who can safely perform heavy lifting by utilizing proper manual handling techniques and mechanical aids and confidently drive a Luton van.

As a key member of the warehouse team, you will maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment while maximizing revenue through assisting in furniture and stock collections and the efficient recycling of metals, books, cardboard, and electrical items. You will also assist in managing telephone enquiries and bookings, email bookings, accurate scheduling of collections in the logistics calendar and deliver excellent customer service to donors.
