Studio Tour as a Warehouse Operative, where you\'ll play a key role in supporting our retail operations across warehousing, order management, fulfilment, and packing. From our Studio Tour in Leavesden to Platform 9¾ stores and our online Harry Potter Shop (www.harrypottershop.com), you’ll help ensure every witch, wizard, and muggle receives a spellbinding experience.What’s in it for you? £15.23 per hourOpportunity for full FTL certification25 days holiday (pro-rata)GymPassExclusive access to our Screeners App, with our exciting Warner Bros. and HBO contentDiscount towards tickets within the tourFree tickets for our nearest and dearest, on selected days (up to 8 tickets)Option to join our pension and private healthcare schemesYour Role Accountabilities…Receive, inspect, and log deliveries to the warehouseMaintain accurate records for incoming and outgoing stockReplenish and store inventory following company procedures (including using machinery at height)Pick and pack orders for retail stores and ecommerce customersPersonalise and wrap online orders to a high standardReport stock discrepancies or order issues to managementKeep the warehouse clean, organised, and secureConduct machinery and vehicle checks, reporting faults promptlyDeliver stock to our London and Leavesden locationsQualifications & Experience…Full manual driving licence Comfortable working at heights up to 10m (annual safety training provided)Physically fit and able to lift, carry, and move boxesClear and confident communicatorCommercial awareness (e.g. understanding peak retail periods)Team player with a flexible, proactive attitudeStrong prioritisation and problem-solving skillsBasic IT proficiencyWorking Pattern…40-hour working week, in a shift pattern from Monday to Sunday, with varying start and finish timesYou will be required to work 1 in every 4 weekends, however this is subject to change during peak timesNo night work required#T&ROnsite Working - This role is advertised as Onsite, meaning all working hours and days (regardless of shift pattern) will be carried out at the place of work.
