Sunday to Thursday 

5PM-1AM

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Evening Shift Warehouse Operative to join a busy and well-established warehouse operation.

This is a hands-on role within a fast-paced environment, where accuracy, attention to detail and a strong work ethic are essential. The successful candidate will be comfortable working independently on nights while ensuring stock is accurately managed and warehouse operations run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

Your duties will include:

  • Carrying out regular stock takes and stock checks
  • Booking incoming purchase orders (POs) in conjunction with the Goods In department
  • Receiving, checking and accurately locating stock
  • Heavy lifting and manual handling of products
  • Palletising products safely and efficiently
  • Replenishing stock locations throughout the warehouse
  • Moving and organising stock around the warehouse
  • Updating stock information and completing relevant paperwork
  • Using computer systems to record and manage stock movements
  • Working with a Warehouse Management System (WMS)
  • Ensuring stock quantities, product codes and locations are correct
  • Maintaining a clean, organised and safe working environment

 The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has previous warehouse/stock control experience
  • Is computer literate and confident using warehouse systems
  • Has experience using a WMS system – highly desirable
  • Has excellent accuracy and attention to detail
  • Is confident carrying out stock checks and identifying discrepancies
  • Is physically fit and comfortable with heavy lifting and manual handling
  • Can work effectively on a night shift
  • Is reliable, punctual and hardworking
  • Can work independently while also being part of a wider team
  • Takes pride in maintaining high standards and following procedures

This role would suit someone with experience in:

Stock Control | Warehouse Operations | Goods In| WMS | Inventory | Night Shift

Accuracy is paramount in this role, particularly when dealing with product codes, quantities, stock locations and purchase orders.
