Scendr is a fast-growing Amazon prep centre, helping e-commerce sellers by preparing their stock for Amazon’s fulfilment centres. We handle checking, labelling, bundling, and shipping products so our clients can focus on scaling their businesses.

We are now looking for a reliable, detail-focused Goods-In Warehouse Operative to join our warehouse team.

Role Overview

You’ll play a vital role in handling inbound deliveries, inspecting goods, and ensuring accurate records within our warehouse systems. This role involves physical work, attention to detail, and strong organisational skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive and unload deliveries
  • Inspect goods for accuracy and damages
  • Count and confirm inbound inventory numbers
  • Accurately record product details into Google Sheets/databases
  • Maintain organised storage areas
  • Communicate with the warehouse team to ensure smooth operations
What We’re Looking For
  • Excellent attention to detail – nothing slips past you
  • Comfortable with physical work and heavy lifting
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Good with numbers – confident handling counts and basic calculations
  • Experience with Google Sheets, Excel, or warehouse systems
  • Supervisor / management experience is a huge plus
  • Accountability for your tasks and area of the business
  • Good data retention - ability to mentally store important information
