WAREHOUSE OPERATIVE in Northampton)

We are looking to recruit 2 x Warehouse Operatives for our Prestigious client based in Swan Valley, NN4. This is an excellent opportunity to join a global clothing brand at their Northampton distribution centre.

PAY:

£12.71 per hour up to 40 hours (paid 30 Minute lunch) with overtime paid at an enhanced rate.

£12.71/hr for hours worked between 07.00am-18.00pm

£14.62/hr for hours worked between 18.00pm-22.00pm (Enhanced Evening rate)

£19.07/hr after 40hrs worked

After 40 hours - Saturday 1200pm onwards and Sunday - £25.42 per hour (Overtime Rate)

HOURS:

Rotating shift pattern as follows - You MUST be able to work all of the below.(No exceptions)

  • Week 1 - 07:00am-15:00pm, Monday to Friday (No weekends)
  • Week 2 - 07:00am-15:00pm, Monday to Saturday with one day of during the week
  • Week 3 - 14:00pm-22:00pm, Monday to Friday (No weekends)

JOB DUTIES & PERSON SPEC:

  • unloading boxes on the conveyor onto Courier vehicles or onto pallets.
  • Use of Pallet Truck to move pallets around and load courier vehicles.
  • Manual Handling boxes up to 20kgs and labelling for Despatch
  • Inputting load quantities and courier name onto spreadsheet on PC
  • Perform housekeeping duties to ensure high hygiene levels for all shifts.
  • Good attention for detail and accuracy is required
  • Ability to work alone or as part of a team
  • Multi-skilled across goods in/out, dispatch, VAS returns and pick / pack departments.
