Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse/Shop Hand to support daily operations in our warehouse and shop environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling materials, operating equipment, managing inventory, and maintaining a clean and safe workspace. This role is essential to ensure smooth logistical processes and efficient shop operations.

Responsibilities

  • Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts to move, load, and unload goods safely and efficiently
  • Assist with warehouse operations including receiving, sorting, storing, and distributing inventory
  • Manage inventory levels by conducting regular stock checks and maintaining accurate records
  • Perform cleaning duties to ensure the workspace remains organized, safe, and compliant with safety standards
  • Support shop activities as needed, including basic maintenance and organization of tools and supplies
  • Follow safety protocols at all times during equipment operation and general warehouse activities

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in warehouse or shop hand roles is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided
  • Ability to operate forklifts or material handling equipment is highly desirable
  • Strong attention to detail with good organizational skills
  • Physical ability to lift heavy objects and perform manual tasks throughout the shift
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team
  • Commitment to maintaining a safe working environment
  • MUST BE 21 YEARS OR OLDER
  • Must have a clean driving record and must pass a Background Check
