The Role: VEHICLE WASHER


• £12.21 per hour from day 1.


• weekly Lunar pay.


• week probation period.


• hours per week.


• Tue-Sat shift pattern (10:00 – 18:00).

You will be working as part of a Small Team of up to 25 colleagues supporting the Transport and Fleet Lorry. You will need the at least driving licence and need to pass the driving Rigid Lorry in the yard Test.

This role will suit someone who has had previous experience of working in this environment and or in a Multi Temperature Distribution Centre.

Desirable Skills although not essential will include the use of Mechanical Handling Equipment, or previous experience in maintaining a high standard of cleaning within large and busy areas.

• Being able to work as part of a Small Team as well as on your own


• Adhere at all times to the safe working Practices as trained


• Be able to adapt to the demands of the operation at short notice


• Show motivation, commitment and flexibility


• Be self-driven and have the ability to meet targets within timescales, in a physically demanding role

Due to the nature of work repetitive lifting and prolonged standing is required. It is therefore essential that the successful applicant is capable to carry out this type of work.

All desirable skills will be trained for the right candidate.
