Responsibilities:
- Design and create visually appealing and user-friendly websites using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into design concepts
- Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes using design tools such as InVision, Figma, or Adobe XD
- Implement responsive design principles to ensure optimal viewing experience across different devices
- Optimize website performance and loading speed
- Conduct regular website maintenance and updates
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create visually engaging email marketing campaigns
- Perform data analysis to identify areas for improvement and implement changes accordingly

Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Web Designer or similar role
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other relevant web design languages
- Strong knowledge of design tools such as InVision, Figma, or Adobe XD
- Familiarity with information architecture principles and best practices
- Experience with SCSS or other CSS preprocessors is a plus
- Knowledge of SQL for data analysis is a plus
- Understanding of email marketing principles and best practices
- Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
