We are a Vodafone Partner Agent, based in Somerset, currently offering employment opportunities within our Web Chat team working in our office in Street - 92c Farm Rd, Street BA16 0BB.

We are looking for energetic, motivated, and enthusiastic individuals with strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and a confident and outgoing personality.

Our salary is a guaranteed minimum with expectations of up to £15 an hour, including bonuses, with annual salary expectations of around £40K. We can accommodate part-time and full-time flexible working hours across all positions.

As a Webchat Adviser you would be responsible for identifying customer needs and determining appropriate actions for resolution, delivering commercial KPI\'s and increasing our digital presence. Talking to customers VIA a computer provided.

Approaching every interaction with customers as an opportunity to increase revenue and customer experience, using solution-based selling and offering products and services that meet the customer\'s needs. Retaining and growing our customer base.

We offer rapid internal progression opportunities from day one, with progression to Assistant Manager within the first 12–24 months and after the first two to three years, you could be setting your sights on the position of Store Manager.But it doesn\'t have to stop there We also offer the promotional opportunities of transferring over to Vodafone Core, for those with future career goals outside of retail.
