Webinar and Social Media Marketing Executive
Job Description:
- Develop and deliver engaging social media content that strengthens the LOCALiQ brand and encourages meaningful audience engagement
- Own and manage the organic social media content calendar across key B2B platforms
- Create social content from concept through copywriting, publishing, community management and performance optimisation
- Lead the planning, coordination and delivery of webinars and virtual events
- Develop webinar themes, promotional campaigns and follow-up activity to maximise registrations, attendance and lead generation
- Build and deliver integrated marketing campaigns across social media, email, search and other digital channels
- Monitor social media, content and digital marketing trends and identify audience growth opportunities
- Analyse campaign and audience data to test, learn and improve performance
- Manage and update website and campaign content using WordPress and other digital platforms
- Create and execute email marketing campaigns, newsletters and nurture journeys through HubSpot
- Monitor and report on key marketing metrics, providing insights and recommendations
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and subject matter experts to turn expertise and industry insights into compelling content
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a digital marketing role, ideally within a B2B environment
- Strong social media marketing experience with a track record of creating engaging content and growing audience engagement
- Experience planning and delivering webinars, virtual events and online content experiences
- Ability to develop content and campaigns across social media, email and web
- Excellent copywriting and content creation skills with strong attention to detail
- Good understanding of social media platforms, audience behaviours and content best practices
- Experience using HubSpot, WordPress and social media management tools
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign performance and identify optimisation opportunities
- Experience using graphic design, video editing or content creation tools
- Adobe Creative Suite experience is desirable
- Excellent organisation and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and campaigns simultaneously
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to translate complex marketing concepts into accessible, engaging and audience-focused content
- Self-motivated and comfortable working within a remote-first environment
- Must have the right to work and be located in the UK during employment
