Weekend Photography Experience Representative

Part-time | Weekends | £13 per hour + commission

We’re looking for a warm, confident and outgoing person to join our team inside a busy premium retail location in Milton Keynes, working weekends on our exhibition stand.

You’ll be chatting with parents, parents to be and young families, introducing them to our photography experience and inviting them to book their own Photoshoot.

This is a people focused sales role. We’re looking for someone who is happy to approach people, start a natural conversation and get them excited about the experience, rather than waiting for customers to come to them.

What you'll be doing

  • Approaching parents and families in a friendly, natural way
  • Starting conversations and building rapport, introducing our photography experience and answering questions
  • Encouraging interested families to book
  • Representing our business in a warm and professional way
  • Working towards bookings and earning additional commission

Who we're looking for

We’re looking for someone who is:

  • Naturally outgoing and confident speaking to people they don't know
  • Warm, friendly and approachable
  • Comfortable starting conversations
  • Confident in a sales or target driven environment
  • Motivated by success and enjoys seeing conversations turn into bookings
  • Reliable, punctual and well presented
  • Positive, enthusiastic and happy working weekends
  • Previous experience in face to face sales, retail, hospitality, customer service, promotions, events or brand ambassador work would be a real advantage.
  • You don't need photography experience, we'll give you everything you need to understand the experience and talk about it confidently.

The role

Weekend work | £13 per hour + commission/booking incentive

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, loves a bit of variety and wants to be part of a friendly, enthusiastic team.

Interested?

If you're someone who can walk up to a stranger, smile, start a conversation and make them feel comfortable, we'd love to hear from you.

When applying, please tell us a little about yourself, your previous sales or customer facing experience and your weekend availability.

Pay: £13.00 per hour
