Monitor and maintain the stability, performance, and security of the Windows server environment. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to the Windows server infrastructure. Install, configure, and maintain Windows server operating systems, applications, and related software. Perform regular backups and disaster recovery procedures for the Windows server environment. Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality of the Windows server environment with other systems. Keep up-to-date with new developments and advancements in Windows server technology and make recommendations for improvement. Create and maintain documentation for server configurations, processes, and procedures. Conduct regular security audits and implement necessary security measures to protect the Windows server environment. Provide technical support and assistance to end-users and other team members as needed. Proactively identify potential issues and implement preventative measures to ensure the smooth operation of the Windows server environment. Participate in on-call rotation and respond to critical incidents in a timely manner. Collaborate with vendors and service providers to resolve technical issues and implement updates or changes. Stay current with industry trends and best practices in server administration and make recommendations for process improvements. Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality while handling sensitive information.
