Utilize expertise in Workday HCM to provide recommendations and guidance to clients. Collaborate with clients to understand their learning needs and develop tailored solutions. Conduct training and provide support to clients on Workday HCM functionality. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve learning solutions. Serve as a subject matter expert for Workday HCM learning functionality. Effectively communicate and present complex concepts to clients in a clear and concise manner. Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation and integration of Workday HCM learning solutions. Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with clients. Continuously assess and improve processes and procedures related to Workday HCM learning implementation. Participate in project planning and management to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of services. Mentor and coach junior team members to support their professional growth and development.
