What You’ll Do

  • You’ll play a crucial role in keeping our boots.com website running smoothly. From setting up exciting promotions to processing returns and providing insights, you’ll be at the heart of our digital operations.
  • You’ll also collaborate with our User Acceptance Testing team to ensure that new functionalities meet our high standards before going live.
  • You’ll be looking at how the website is delivering against key measures, spotting and recommending improvements to ensure we are giving our customers the best on-line experience.
  • You will be the ‘go to person’ for pulling together and sharing crucial data and using your own initiative to take timely action.
  • You will also support our ambition to help customers feel good by working with our customer service team, advising on escalations and providing effective communications to customers and stores.
What We’re Looking For
  • You should be on track to achieve a minimum of a 2:1 degree as part of a course that allows for a placement year.
  • A passion for digital and a knack for problem-solving will set you apart.
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail are essential.
  • Confidence in working with data and drawing insights will help you thrive in this role.
  • A drive for self-development and the ability to work well in a team are key.
