Youth Mentor (SEMH / SEN Support) – Empower Young Lives Across Bristol

Join Lexia Education Services and Be the Positive Change a Young Person Needs At Lexia, we believe every young person deserves the chance to unlock their unique potential and that the right support can mean the difference between giving up and rising up. We are redefining the calibre of educational support in the UK, pioneering Youth Mentors - with real stories, real experiences and the ability to connect deeply with our most at risk young people. When you focus on your values, your standards, and your truth - You don’t have to force anything. The right people find you. At Lexia, we believe mentoring isn’t about being the loudest voice in the room. It’s about being the steady one. The one who shows up. Listens without judgement. Stays when things get difficult. Because for many young people, consistency is rare. Belief is rare. Feeling truly seen is rare. We don’t chase young people to change. We create spaces where they feel safe enough to grow. When they feel safe - everything shifts. If you lead with empathy. If you believe progress can be quiet. If you know that one steady adult can change a life’s direction - You already understand what we’re building.
