Tasks

Your Responsibilities


Edit YouTube videos (10–20 min) with smooth pacing, engaging storytelling, and professional polish

Add captions, graphics, and background music where needed

Maintain consistency in style and branding across episodes

Collaborate with the founder to bring the creative vision to life

Continuously improve edits based on feedback and performance data


Requirements

What We’re Looking For


️ YouTube Editing Expertise – You’ve edited content for other YouTube channels and understand what keeps audiences watching

️ Storytelling Skills – You know how to structure raw footage into a clear, engaging narrative

️ Business/E-Commerce Awareness – Experience with DTC or business-related content is a plus

️ Creativity – Strong sense of pacing, visuals, and editing flow

️ Reliable & Independent – You deliver on time without constant supervision

️ Attention to Detail – From color grading to audio balance, your edits feel professional
