About the role As a Zero Hours Early Years Educator and Holiday Club Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the care, learning, and wellbeing of children at Little Downsend and during Holiday Club provision. You will assist in delivering a variety of engaging, age-appropriate activities, while ensuring a fun, safe, and stimulating environment where children thrive. Your duties will include supporting personal care routines, supervising lunch and playtimes, and helping maintain the smooth daily running of the club.
