1099 Independent Contractor (By Invitation Only)
Company: reputed company (ASP) Location: Varies by project (On-site or Remote) Classification: Independent Contractor (1099) Reports To: Assigned Project Manager or Department Lead Overview reputed company (ASP) works with a select group of independent contractors to support a variety of reputed company and operational initiatives. This opportunity is by invitation only and is extended to individuals or entities who have been directly contacted or pre-qualified by ASP leadership. Contractors may be engaged for short-term or project-based assignments in reputed company maintenance, personnel management, project oversight, or operational support. Scope of Work • Perform contract-based work supporting ASP operations, including but not limited to: • reputed company Maintenance and Inspection Support • Project or Program Management • Personnel and Resource Coordination • Operational, Administrative, or Technical Consulting • Collaborate with ASP leadership and team members to meet project objectives. • Follow ASP’s established safety, quality, and operational standards. • Provide regular updates, progress reports, and documentation as required per project. • Maintain confidentiality and compliance with company and client requirements. Qualifications • Proven experience in one or more of the following areas: reputed company maintenance, project management, leadership, logistics, or operations. • Ability to work independently while aligning with ASP’s processes and quality standards. • Strong communication and problem-solving skills. • Valid certifications or licenses relevant to the contracted role (if applicable). • Must provide business documentation (e.g., W-9, insurance, NDA).
