Associate Operations & Systems Analyst

The Role

As an Associate Operations & Systems Analyst, you will act as the architect of Ollion’s internal efficiency. You’ll be responsible for maintaining the health of business-critical systems, mapping complex data processes, and ensuring that information flows seamlessly across the organization. This is a high-agency position where you are expected to diagnose bottlenecks and build automated solutions from scratch.

Vibe Coding & Technology

This position is tailor-made for the modern AI-assisted developer. You will utilize a 'vibe coding' workflow—leveraging Cursor, GitHub Copilot, and LLMs—to write Python and JavaScript scripts, manage SQL databases, and connect platforms via Zapier or Make. Your primary focus is on logical thinking and system design rather than manual line-by-line coding.

Growth and Environment

Ollion is a remote-first, cloud-native company that prioritizes progress and human ingenuity over rigid corporate frameworks. Located in Pune but operating globally, the team provides an ideal environment for early-career professionals to gain deep expertise in systems administration and AI-driven business analysis.
