Content/ Copywriter

We’re looking for a sharp, creative Content/Copywriter who understands writing beyond just “writing posts.”

Someone who knows how to write strong hooks, create scroll-stopping content, build lead magnets, and turn LinkedIn content into actual conversations and leads.

What you’ll be working on:

  • Creating strong, curiosity-driven hooks and opening lines
  • Understanding what makes content shareable and potentially viral
  • Creating lead magnets such as guides, checklists, frameworks, etc.
  • Turning ideas, experiences, and industry insights into content people actually want to read
  • Researching trending LinkedIn content and understanding why certain posts perform
  • Writing content that builds authority while still sounding human, conversational, and authentic
  • Understanding CTAs, engagement, comments, and content that drives inbound leads
  • Repurposing ideas into different LinkedIn content formats
Who we’re looking for

You’d be a great fit if you:

  • Have experience writing content
  • Understand personal branding and B2B content
  • Know what makes a good viral hook
  • Understand how lead magnets work
  • Can write in a conversational, non-AI-sounding style
  • Know how to research and take inspiration from high-performing LinkedIn creators
  • Have a good understanding of LinkedIn algorithms, engagement and content formats
  • Can think like a marketer, not just a writer
