Cook / Kitchen Assistant (Daytime)

About the Role:

Looking for a straightforward kitchen role that fits around everyday life, with your afternoons and a guaranteed weekend completely free?

This is a rare, sociable daytime position working Monday to Thursday, approximately 6:00 AM until 12:00/2:00 PM. No split shifts, no late evenings, and no weekends.

The day-to-day is hands-on and varied. Some mornings you’ll be required to cook bacon batches or Danish pastries; other days your focus will be on volume batch cooking of buffet savoury items, or cooking hot lunches, alongside pitching in with general kitchen prep and keeping the team moving.

We provide the ingredients, recipes, and daily plan— and you take pride in sending out great food. It’s an independent, steady role where you can get your head down and work, with plenty of scope to bring your own ideas to the table when we update our menus.
