Full-Cycle Sales Executive (B2B Services | International Markets)

About Alsoma Studio

Alsoma Studio is a software engineering and digital systems studio that helps businesses improve how they attract customers, manage operations and grow. Our work spans conversion-focused websites, custom web applications, AI-powered solutions, business process automation and system integrations.

We are building our sales function from the ground up and are looking for a driven, commercially minded Full-Cycle Sales Executive who can take ownership of the entire sales process, from identifying prospective customers to closing deals.

This is not a lead-generation-only position. You will work directly with the founding team and will be responsible for turning Alsoma's capabilities into qualified opportunities and paying clients.

What you will do

1. Prospecting and market research

  • Identify potential customers across international markets, particularly businesses with clear operational, customer acquisition or technology challenges.
  • Research companies, decision-makers, buying signals and potential opportunities using LinkedIn, company websites, prospecting platforms and other relevant sources.
  • Continuously expand prospect lists and discover new industries, customer segments and outreach opportunities.
  • Develop creative, relevant approaches to reaching business owners and decision-makers instead of relying exclusively on generic templates or mass outreach.
2. Outbound sales and pipeline generation
  • Own outbound prospecting through appropriate channels, including email, LinkedIn and other relevant platforms.
  • Develop personalised outreach messages, follow-up sequences and engagement strategies.
  • Consistently follow up with prospects, handle responses and convert interest into qualified sales conversations.
  • Experiment with prospecting methods, partnerships and new approaches to generate opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate prospect records, activity logs, deal stages and follow-up tasks in our CRM.
3. Discovery, proposals and closing
  • Conduct discovery calls to understand customer problems, business priorities, budgets, timelines and decision-making processes.
  • Explain Alsoma's services in terms of business outcomes rather than simply listing technical features.
  • Coordinate with the founder when technical discovery, solution design or project feasibility needs validation.
  • Prepare and follow up on proposals, handle objections, negotiate within agreed commercial boundaries and move opportunities towards closure.
  • Own the sales cycle through signed agreements and initial payments, coordinating the handoff to the delivery team.
4. Building the sales function
  • Establish a structured, measurable sales funnel from scratch.
  • Identify which customer segments, offers, channels and messaging generate the strongest opportunities.
  • Use AI tools, CRM integrations, prospecting platforms and automation to improve research, outreach and follow-up efficiency.
  • Track meaningful metrics such as qualified opportunities, meetings, proposals, conversion rates, closed deals and revenue collected.
  • Share clear updates with the founder on pipeline health, blockers, experiments and next actions.
Who we are looking for
  • Demonstrable prior experience in B2B sales, business development or selling services to businesses. Candidates with no professional sales experience will not be considered.
  • Experience generating at least some of your own pipeline rather than relying entirely on inbound leads or appointments provided by others.
  • Strong written and spoken English, with the ability to communicate professionally with international decision-makers.
  • A proactive, resourceful approach to finding prospects, initiating conversations and creating opportunities without waiting for step-by-step instructions.
  • The ability to conduct discovery calls, handle objections, follow up persistently and confidently ask for business.
  • Commercial judgement: knowing which opportunities to pursue, when to qualify out a prospect and when to involve the team.
  • Comfort working with CRMs, spreadsheets, prospecting tools and AI-assisted workflows.
  • A strong sense of ownership, organisation and accountability for outcomes.
Experience selling web development, software engineering, digital agency services, AI solutions or business automation is highly relevant. A proven ability to sell comparable B2B services is more important than familiarity with any single tool.
