An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Head of Early Years to lead a successful and established EYFS department at a British international School located on the outskirts of Dubai.

The successful candidate will provide strong leadership across the Early Years setting and will have responsibility for curriculum development, teaching and learning, pastoral care and staff development.

The Ideal Candidate will have: -

  • Previous teaching experience within Early Years.

  • Proven leadership experience, preferably within an EYFS setting.

  • Strong knowledge and understanding of the EYFS curriculum.

  • Experience leading and developing staff.

  • A commitment to high standards of teaching, learning and pastoral care.

  • A genuine passion for supporting children's wellbeing and development.
