Online Leadership Development Trainer

Most people don't fail as leaders because they lack talent. They fail because nobody ever showed them how to have the hard conversation, run the tough meeting, or trust their own judgment under pressure. That's the gap you'll close. We're hiring an Online Leadership Development Trainer for a fully remote, full-time role paying USD 80,000 annually. You'll design and run leadership programs for people at every stage, from first-time managers to seasoned executives adjusting to distributed teams. Why This Job Exists Leadership doesn't come in one size. A brand-new manager needs help earning trust with a team that used to be their peers. An executive ten years into the role might be struggling to lead a team they've never met in person. Your job is to meet each of them where they are and give them tools that actually stick, not just a slide deck they'll forget by Friday. What You'll Own Design online training programs built around real scenarios, role-play, and case studies rather than lectures. Lead live sessions covering communication, conflict resolution, and decision-making under pressure. Coach individuals one-on-one, helping them build confidence in their own leadership style. Facilitate group workshops that help remote teams feel more connected and less isolated. Track participant progress and adjust programs based on what's actually working. Give feedback that's specific enough for people to apply immediately. Collaborate with fellow trainers to refine modules and test new formats. Build simple tools and resources participants can keep using long after a session ends. A Day in This Role Monday starts with a prep call ahead of the week's first workshop. By mid-morning, you're live, walking a group of new managers through remote performance reviews. After lunch, you're coaching a manager who's nervous about a conflict conversation, running the scenario with them until you can hear their confidence shift. Later, you're in a huddle with other trainers, sharpening a resilience module. You close your laptop having done more than deliver content. You helped someone become a better leader. What You Need to Bring Education: Bachelor's degree. Experience: A minimum of 3 years in leadership training, executive coaching, or a people-management role with a training component. Direct experience leading teams, so you understand the challenges firsthand. Comfort running sessions on Zoom, Teams, or similar virtual platforms. Strong communication skills, including the ability to explain complex ideas simply. Patience and genuine interest in watching people grow. Willingness to lean into hard conversations instead of avoiding them. Adaptability, since no two teams or leaders need the exact same approach. Bonus Skills We Value Background as an executive coach or organizational development consultant. Experience building certification pathways or structured learning journeys. Familiarity with virtual whiteboards, breakout tools, and feedback survey platforms. How the Team Works Being remote doesn't mean being isolated. We run weekly trainer huddles to swap what's working and what isn't. Many trainers who join us after finding the listing on Naukri Mitra tell us the same thing: the collaboration here feels more consistent than roles they've had in-office. You'll have room to pitch new workshop ideas, and if something doesn't land the first time, it's treated as information, not a failure. Compensation and Benefits Annual salary of USD 80,000. Fully remote, with the freedom to set up your workspace wherever you work best. Flexible scheduling to support real work-life balance. Paid time off to actually disconnect and recharge. Access to leadership coaching sessions for your own development, not just the people you train. Clear paths to grow into senior coaching or program design roles. Where This Can Take You This isn't a role you do the same way for five years straight. Trainers here move into senior executive coaching, take ownership of new program design, and build toward advanced leadership development certifications. Regular feedback from peers and participants means you're never guessing how you're doing. You're actively shaping how you grow, just as you help others do the same. Who Tends to Thrive Here The people who do best in this role aren't chasing a checklist. They genuinely like watching someone go from dreading a conversation to leading it with ease. If you believe leadership is a skill that can be built and not just a trait some people are born with, you'll fit right in. How to Apply Send your resume along with a short note about one leader or team you've helped develop, and what changed as a result. We review applications on a rolling basis and reach out directly to candidates who appear to be a strong fit. This position is open to remote applicants worldwide, including the USA, India, and other eligible regions.
