With an impressive international portfolio spanning luxury hotels, restaurants and bars, the studio is known for creating distinctive, sophisticated interiors.

As Project Coordinator/Manager, you will provide essential coordination and administrative support across a range of projects. Working closely with the design and project teams, you will help ensure timelines, documentation, client requirements and project deliverables remain on track.

Key Responsibilities

  • Track project timelines, milestones and key delivery deadlines.
  • Act as a key point of contact for clients regarding contractual obligations.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, status reports and payment plans.
  • Ensure internal teams have the information, tools and resources required to deliver projects effectively.
  • Monitor project risks, blockers and potential delays, escalating issues where necessary.
  • Support project administration and coordination across multiple projects.
  • Help maintain clear communication between clients, designers, suppliers and internal teams.

About You

The ideal candidate will be highly organised, proactive and comfortable working in a fast-paced, creative environment.

You will ideally have:

  • Experience in project coordination, project support, project administration or office management.
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage shifting priorities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail across budgets, documentation and schedules.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel.
  • Experience with Jira, Trello or MS Project would be advantageous.
  • An interest in interior design, hospitality or the wider built environment would be beneficial.

Due to a large volume of applications, only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
