2. Phone & Email Outreach

Contact prospective properties by phone and email.

Introduce Box World and explain our community partnership program.

Communicate the benefits available to residents, including discounts on moving supplies and convenient delivery options.

Send partnership information, brochures, and promotional materials to interested contacts.

Track contact information, email correspondence, call outcomes, follow-ups, and partnership status.

Provide brief daily or weekly progress updates.

Identify interested properties requiring additional support or management involvement.

Monitor the number of new partnerships established.

Required

Previous experience in business development, lead generation, outbound sales, or B2B outreach.

Excellent written and spoken English.

Comfortable making outbound phone calls and speaking with business decision-makers.

Experience conducting professional email outreach and follow-ups.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple prospective accounts.

Experience using Google Sheets, Excel, or CRM systems.

Spanish-speaking ability is a plus.

Goals & Expectations

Our initial campaign goal is to establish 50 active partnerships with condominium and apartment communities throughout Miami, primarily in Edgewater, Midtown, and Wynwood.

We will measure performance based on:

Number of qualified property contacts identified

Number of outreach calls and emails completed

Number of meaningful conversations with decision-makers

Number of partnership opportunities developed

Number of confirmed partnerships established

Accuracy and completeness of lead tracking

Consistency of follow-up communication

We value quality outreach, professionalism, and actual partnership results over simply sending a large volume of emails.
