This is an inbound customer service role.</p> <p>We are seeking reliable, motivated freelancers located within the EU but outside Germany who can support us long-term with inbound customer inquiries.</p> <p>If you live and work outside of Germany and want to work remotely as a self-employed freelancer, this opportunity is perfect for you.</p> <p>Tasks<br /> What you can expect:<br /> • Handling inbound calls regarding prepaid products, plans, SIM cards, top-ups, and basic technical issues<br /> • A professional project environment with dedicated points of contact<br /> • Flexible working hours within the project’s schedule – you choose when you work<br /> • Payment per hour or per productive minute (depending on the project model)<br /> • Fully remote – work from anywhere within the EU (except Germany)</p> <p>Qualifications<br /> 1. Legal and formal requirements:<br /> • Self-employed/freelancer status in your country of residence<br /> • Residence outside Germany<br /> • Ability to issue legally compliant invoices to international clients (including us)<br /> • Fulfillment of tax obligations in your own country</p> <p>2. Professional and personal requirements:<br /> • German language proficiency at C1/C2 level<br /> • Experience in telephone customer service is a plus<br /> • Ability to work independently and strong organizational skills<br /> • Long-term interest in working on the project</p> <p>3.
