Risk & Compliance Analyst

Conduct risk assessments: Perform thorough risk assessments to identify potential risks associated with the company's operations and processes. Develop risk management strategies: Use your knowledge and expertise to develop effective risk management strategies and plans to mitigate identified risks. Monitor compliance: Continuously monitor and assess the company's compliance with regulations and internal policies and procedures. Provide guidance: Act as a resource for employees and teams, providing guidance and advice on risk and compliance related matters. Identify potential compliance issues: Proactively identify potential compliance issues and work with relevant stakeholders to address and resolve them. Conduct audits: Conduct regular audits to ensure that the company is operating in accordance with regulatory requirements and internal policies. Analyze data: Utilize analytical skills to interpret data and identify trends and patterns that may pose risks to the company. Report findings: Prepare and present detailed reports on risk and compliance findings to management and other stakeholders. Stay updated on regulations: Stay current on industry regulations and trends, and make recommendations for necessary changes to ensure compliance. Collaborate with other teams: Work closely with other teams within the company, such as legal and finance, to ensure a cohesive approach to risk and compliance management. Implement risk management processes: Implement and maintain risk management processes to ensure ongoing compliance and risk mitigation. Train employees: Develop and conduct training programs for employees to raise awareness and understanding of risk and compliance processes. Maintain documentation: Keep accurate and up-to-date records of risk assessments, audits, and compliance activities. Stay accountable: Take ownership of risk and compliance matters and ensure that all actions and decisions are in line with the company's values and standards.
