Job Description:
*Position Overview:
Our Company is seeking a dynamic and resourceful Director of Business Development/Public Relations to spearhead brand establishment and expansion efforts in the U.S. market. This role requires a strategic thinker with extensive knowledge of the media landscape and strong connections within the technology sector.

*Location:
Flexible (Can be based in China – Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Suzhou, or the U.S. – Silicon Valley office, or remote)

*Contract:
Full time permanent EOR contract

*Key Responsibilities:
Brand Development and Promotion: Develop and execute a comprehensive brand promotion strategy to enhance visibility in the U.S. market. Utilize various channels (media, events, social platforms) to promote the company brand and the new platform.
Sponsorship Acquisition: Identify and engage potential sponsors, establishing long-term partnerships. Develop and implement sponsorship strategies to secure necessary funding for projects.
Content Placement and Media Relations: Strategize and execute content placement in appropriate media outlets. Build and maintain strong relationships with media contacts to ensure consistent and positive coverage.
Celebrity Engagement: Leverage existing celebrity contacts and establish connections with high-profile figures in the technology sector. Identify and promote valuable content by utilizing the information gap between different regions.
Event Planning and Execution: Plan and execute both online and offline events, ensuring successful and impactful delivery. Organize and host high-profile summits and conferences to enhance industry influence.

Requirements:
*Qualifications:
Media Expertise: Deep understanding of the U.S. media landscape with the ability to strategically place content. Knowledge of which content to target to specific media outlets.
Celebrity Network: Established connections with high-profile individuals within the tech industry. Familiarity with the U.S. cultural and industry landscape, with the ability to leverage cross-cultural insights.
Extensive experience in PR, marketing or business development for large media platforms.
Willingness to travel as needed to fulfil job responsibilities.
