HR Admin - Focus on Recruitment

HR Administrator with a Focus on Recruitment Location: Newry or Fully Remote within NI Contract: Temporary Start Date: Immediate / ASAP Duration: Temporary assignment We are currently seeking an experienced HR Administrator with a Focus on Recruitment to join a busy team on an immediate basis. This is a recruitment-focused role, supporting the full end-to-end recruitment and onboarding process. The successful candidate will work closely with the Talent and Workforce Manager and will be responsible for ensuring vacancies are progressed efficiently, candidates receive a positive experience, and all pre-employment and onboarding processes are completed accurately. Key Responsibilities Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from vacancy through to onboarding. Advertise vacancies across relevant recruitment platforms and job boards. Manage and maintain recruitment platforms, ensuring vacancies and candidate information are kept up to date. Review and sift CVs against role requirements. Shortlist suitable candidates and coordinate the interview process. Arrange interviews with candidates and hiring managers. Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process. Prepare and issue offer letters to successful candidates. Complete and coordinate pre-employment checks, ensuring all required documentation is obtained and recorded. Prepare employment contracts and associated recruitment documentation. Support new starters through the onboarding process. Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records and systems. Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure vacancies are progressed efficiently and to agreed timescales. Provide general HR administration support relating to recruitment and onboarding as required. About You We are looking for someone who can hit the ground running and is available to start immediately or at short notice. You will ideally have: Previous experience in recruitment, talent acquisition or HR administration. Experience managing recruitment processes from initial vacancy through to onboarding. Strong organisational and administrative skills, with excellent attention to detail. Confidence using recruitment platforms, job boards and HR/recruitment systems. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. The ability to manage multiple vacancies and competing priorities effectively. A proactive and hands-on approach, with the ability to work independently. A high level of professionalism and confidentiality when handling candidate and employee information. Experience preparing offer letters, contracts and completing pre-employment checks would be advantageous. Working Arrangements The role offers flexibility to work from the Newry office or fully remotely, making this an excellent opportunity for an experienced recruiter or HR professional looking for a temporary assignment with an immediate start.
