TurboTax Customer Service Representative - Work from Home

Overview

As a Customer Service Representative, you will help TurboTax customers by answering their questions concerning TurboTax products and tax return software. Most of these questions concern Downloading, Logging In, Getting Started with Basic Navigation, Importing Documents, Printing and Filing and very basic Tax questions. We’ll give you amazing continuous support for everything.

Responsibilities

  • Answer customer questions about TurboTax products and tax return software
  • Assist with downloading, logging in, getting started with basic navigation, importing documents, printing, and filing; respond to very basic tax questions
  • Receive ongoing support from a Subject Matter Expert during live calls
  • Advocate for customers with a Marketplace Performance Specialist

Compensation and Schedule

  • Get paid $18.50 per hour
  • Earn a $155 bonus for getting certified as a TurboTax Product Expert
  • Certification takes place over 2 days
  • Flexible hours anytime between 8am EST and 12am midnight EST, Monday to Sunday
  • Minimum 20 hours per week; more hours available
