Medical Mind (NHS / UK)

About this role

Add value to healthcare by developing high class applications

Job Description

At Luscii, we build digital health solutions that create space for care, used by millions of patients and healthcare professionals worldwide through OMRON Connect. As our new Medical Mind in the expanding UK-team, you will turn clinical insight into practical, digital care pathways that fit seamlessly into NHS workflows.

In this role, you will work closely with NHS professionals to design, adapt and implement pathways that are both clinically sound and operationally effective. Your ability to combine medical knowledge with strong communication skills will help translate complex needs into clear, digital solutions that truly support frontline care. Experience with ST-programmes and an understanding of how to embed innovation within clinical settings will be key to your success. Together with our international team, you will help shape the next generation of digital healthcare in the UK.

Luscii’s extensive library of over 200 clinical programmes will be adapted to support specific NHS priorities, helping local teams embed digital tools into routine care. Clinical knowledge will also inform meaningful dialogue with healthcare professionals and stakeholders, fostering trust and long-term engagement.

Your core responsibilities will be:

  • Collaborate with NHS professionals to design and implement digital care pathways that meet clinical and local needs.

  • Represent Luscii in meetings with NHS stakeholders, offering clinical insight and building trusted relationships.

  • Adapt and optimise Luscii’s programmes to support key NHS initiatives.

  • Safeguard clinical integrity by reviewing pathways and contributing to SOPs.

  • Translate clinical requirements into clear input for product and development teams.

  • Stay informed on UK clinical guidelines, regulations and digital health standards.
