About the Role

Life Expansion Collective operates within the personal and professional development sector, connecting individuals with established personal development and leadership education programs.

We are seeking experienced professionals who are ready for a new career direction and want to apply their existing communication, relationship-building, leadership, and organizational skills in a more flexible and self-directed environment.

This is an independent, remote, performance-based role supported by structured systems, training, mentorship, and established marketing resources.

A typical commitment is approximately 15 hours per week, with flexibility around when and where you work.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Using established digital marketing strategies to generate interest and reach new audiences
  • Connecting with individuals interested in personal and professional development
  • Conducting structured conversations by phone and Zoom
  • Following up with prospective customers using established systems
  • Building and managing a prospective client pipeline
  • Developing business development, marketing, and communication skills
  • Using digital and AI-supported tools to improve productivity
  • Managing your own schedule, activity, and results
  • Participating in ongoing marketing, leadership, and personal development training

This is not a traditional salaried employment position. Performance-related income with $150,000+ earning potential based on consistency, results, and time commitment.
