Customer Service Advisor - Pet Insurance

THIS ROLE IS BASED IN HAMPSHIRE NOT ESSEX

Do you have insurance, banking or financial services customer service or contact centre experience? Perhaps you have general call centre experience gained in another area? Or do you have a genuine love of all things pet related? We are working exclusively with a growing Pet Insurance business, near Winchester who are now looking to add to their Customer Service team. They are a small, but friendly bunch, currently 9 strong in Winchester, where they are based in a stunning barn conversion in New Alresford.

This is a key front-line role in a small but very busy inbound customer contact team. You will be based up to 3 days per week in their lovely offices in the Hampshire countryside and work with a team of pet loving, customer focused colleagues

You will have strong rapport building and customer focused communication skills and be able to work to agreed service levels and metrics. As a regulated business, they will provide you with regular, on-going training to ensure you have all the necessary knowledge and skill to perform the role. Your day-to-day role is all about providing exceptional customer service, over the phone and via email

In order to be considered for this role, you will need to have a sparkling telephone manner, with a minimum of 12 months experience working within the insurance sector or a previous customer service role. You will need to have sharp administration skills and have the ability to multi task.

On offer is a salary of £26,326 per annum to be reviewed

Full time agents work from home 2 days a week with 3 in the office
