Role Expectations About the Role As a Crisis Counselor, you will be a telephonic first responder, delivering compassionate emotional support, Company Confidential assessment, crisis Company Confidential, and stabilization services. You will engage with callers experiencing a broad Company Confidential of emotional, behavioral, and situational challenges. This role requires emotional Company Confidential, exceptional communication skills, and a strong ability to multitask while maintaining Company Confidential and professionalism. While many calls involve acute needs, not Company Confidential calls are crisis calls; some are administrative or supportive in Company Confidential. What You Can Expect Six-Week Company Confidential Virtual Training Cohort Monday–Friday, 800 AM to 430 PM PST A Company Confidential Company Confidential program including skills development, role-playing, mentored live Company Confidential work, and crisis-care foundations. Successful completion is required for Company Confidential employment. Remote Scheduling Upon graduation from training, you will transition to your regular schedule, developed in collaboration with our Scheduling Department.
