<p><strong>TITLE:</strong> Digital Content Specialist</p><p><strong>LOCATION:</strong> Remote (PST Hours)</p><p><strong>ANTICIPATED DURATION:</strong> From 09/28/2026 to 03/27/2027 (with potential for extension; W2 with benefits)</p><p><strong>PAY:</strong> $40.00 - $45.00/hour</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Support the redesign and ongoing maintenance of an internal organization website.</li><li>Improve site usability, develop user flows, and coordinate updates.</li><li>Manage monthly organizational newsletters by gathering updates, refining content, and distributing communications.</li><li>Collaborate with stakeholders and follow up as needed.</li><li>Balance website management with communications initiatives.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li>Experience with project coordination, UX, or user-centered design.</li><li>Strong visual design sensibilities and attention to detail.</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills.</li><li>Comfortable gathering requirements, clarifying details, and driving timelines.</li><li>Self-starter who can work independently with minimal oversight.</li><li>Confident in collaborating with stakeholders.</li><li>Ability to balance website management and communications initiatives.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Preferred Experience:</strong></p><ul><li>Initial focus on website redesign transitioning to website maintenance and communications support.</li><li>No advanced technical or web development expertise required.</li><li>Must be able to work PST hours.</li></ul><p><br></p><p>The hourly pay rate range for this position is $40.00 to $45.00 (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location).
