You will start by reviewing your site launch trackers to identify any overdue milestones or upcoming deadlines requiring action. You will participate in daily or weekly stand-ups with site teams to review tactical launch activities, confirm task ownership, and document action items. You will update project trackers with the latest status from Field RME, and Operations partners, ensuring data accuracy for leadership reporting. When risks emerge at your sites, you will document them clearly and escalate through your manager with proposed solutions. You will coordinate with vendors, L&D, and spare parts teams to confirm delivery timelines and flag gaps. You will prepare site-level inputs for Weekly Business Reviews (WBRs) led by your manager, ensuring your data is accurate and complete. Your week will include following up on open action items, verifying milestone completion, and maintaining clear documentation of all launch activities for your assigned sites.<br><br><strong>About The Team<br><br></strong>About the Team<br><br>The ELM team oversees the transfer of assets (MHE, Base Build, Emerging Tech) to the RME teams, working closely with Project Delivery Teams (e.g., GES, TES, MSP, AR) across Customer Fulfillment (CF), Amazon Transportation Systems (ATS), Amazon Logistics (AMZL), and Amazon Grocery Logistics (AGL). Supporting regions including North America, Europe, Latin America, the Middle East and Africa, Australia, and engaging for standardization with India/Japan, ELM's mission is to deliver a seamless, efficient building experience from the RME perspective, starting from project launch. This involves key objectives like minimizing downtime, increasing equipment availability, and ensuring RME technician readiness.
